In addition to the manufacturer warranties, we offer our own in-house installation warranty that covers the life of the product, to give our customers peace of mind. Here's how we make that possible:

Ice & Water Shield on Every Job

Whether the building department requires it or not, we install ice and water shield on the eaves and in the valleys to protect against leaks and water intrusion. The majority of roofing warranties do not cover damage from ice damming, which is very common during Colorado winters. News flash, the Denver Building Department and many others in the Denver Metro area do not require any Ice and Water Shield. That means the vast majority of our competition isn’t going to use Ice and Water Shield on your roof.

Full Synthetic Underlayment

We use high-quality synthetic underlayments for superior durability and moisture protection.

All-New Flashings, Vents, and Plumbing Jacks

Unlike some contractors who reuse old materials, we replace every piece of metal flashing possible, every vent, and every plumbing jack to ensure long-term integrity. Often, insurance companies don’t pay to replace difficult flashings such as step flashing and drip edge. This means that the vast majority of our competition isn’t going to replace your flashings.

The Difference Between Our Warranty and Theirs

Many roofing companies claim to offer a warranty. Sometimes it's a taillight warranty, and sometimes they tout the manufacturer that they partnered with to offer a warranty. When they are offering a shingle manufacturer's warranty, this means that they are not offering their own warranty. What it really means is that:

The contractor is not personally backing their workmanship.
If something goes wrong, you have to go through the manufacturer, not the roofer.
Manufacturer warranties typically only cover defective materials, not installation issues.
